For the purposes of this statement, diversity refers to race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual identity, familial status, age, disability and socio-economic status; Inclusion is valuing, respecting, and encouraging the full participation of each individual in the life and leadership of the organization; Equity is a process that ensures all people have the opportunity to participate and contribute despite historical, structural, legislative, racial, and socio-economic inequities.

2024 Holiday Giving

NAAM USA’s 2024 Holiday Giving campaign reached and supported homebound seniors in 12 Georgia counties, many of which were among the hardest hit by Helene hurricane. Our volunteers distributed packed bags directly through the county senior centers, ensuring homebound seniors received support when they needed it most.

The counties served included:

• Taliaferro

• Rabun

• Warren

• Richmond

• Stephens

• McDuffie

• Dawson

• Forsyth

• Hancock

• Columbia

These deliveries were made possible through collaboration with local senior centers and a committed team of volunteers, bringing hope, relief, and a sense of connection to seniors across the region.

Each delivery was coordinated through the respective county senior centers, ensuring homebound seniors received much-needed assistance during a challenging season. This compassionate outreach not only brought tangible aid, but also reminders of care and connectedness across Georgia communities.
